The terminal is designed to allow Collectors to easily process over-the-counter and over-the-phone payments, including tax payments, in compliance with Visa and MasterCard rules, at No Cost.
This NEW TECHNOLOGY allows the user to select the department, enter a customer or bill number and payment amount and process the payment rapidly and efficiently. Our proprietary technology automatically calculates the convenience fee assessed back to the citizen, as a separate line item including Visa's $3.95 incentive convenience fee for tax payments made using a Visa debit card. The County or City is never involved in the collection of the convenience fee.
